We are seeking an Insurance Administrative Assistant to become a part of our organization!
Responsibilities:
- Correspond and interview with customers and prospects.
- Take accurate and detailed notes.
- Prepare and deliver quotes.
- Take first notice of loss reports
- Answer phones, scan documents, and file documents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service industry (mortgage, hospitality, banking) is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Team worker
- Obtain your Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses within 12 months
- Microsoft 365
