Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Duties include, but not limited to
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Being able to take concise and effective notes.
- Managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing/scanning, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Utilizing computer systems for scheduling, record keeping, and communication purposes.
Qualifications
- Past experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Also the ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
