Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a high-end dining environment. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables and arranging decorations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized service to guests
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
