The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fine dining establishment, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. Qualifications

Requirements:
- Holidays/weekends/50-60hrs per week
- 5 years in fine dining management
- Expert in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, Toast, Micros, Spotify, Apple products (tech savvy)
- 10 years employee management
- 5 years reading P&Ls and managing PACE reporting, payroll & reservation systems
Salary:
