Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fine Dining General Manager located in Auburn Hills, MI. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fine dining establishment, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. Additionally, the General Manager will be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications

Requirements:
- Holidays/weekends/50-60hrs per week
- 5 years in fine dining management
- Expert in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, Toast, Micros, Spotify, Apple products (tech savvy)
- 10 years employee management
- 5 years reading P&Ls and managing PACE reporting, payroll & reservation systems
Salary:
- $90-105k annual Bonus
