HOUSEKEEPER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Clean and maintain the interior building by following assigned daily duty logs
• Escalate any concerns noted during daily work to Manager to be addressed to ensure a clean, well-organized facility
• Complete janitorial duties including (but not limited to) sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing floors, etc.
• Communicate when janitorial supplies run low so Manager can ensure necessary supplies are purchased/ in stock.
• Assist in Painting duties as needed
• Assist in repair and maintenance projects as needed
• Must perform all tasks in compliance with cGMP’s, SOP’s and DOP’s
• Other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute percentages in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently perform tasks not performed on a regular basis (by memory recall or DOP’s).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Able to work with others in a positive team environment.
• Able to follow instructions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The odor level is usually unnoticeable to weak, but at times can be moderately strong.
