We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our client’s sales staff with customer service and back-office administration tasks. Key responsibilities include :
- Handling customer service issues related to freight charges and claims
- Coordinating shipment and delivery details with customers
- Maintaining and distributing reports internally and externally
- Researching and addressing customer account issues
- Managing returns and customer complaints
- Performing administrative tasks such as invoicing orders, answering phone calls, and handling outbound mail pickups
Job Requirements :
Pay Details : $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
