What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at LHH?
LHH is currently looking for legal professionals who have Estate Planning experience to join one of our clients in the Vancouver, WA area as an Estate Planning Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of Estate Planning experience and has worked with high-net worth clients.

Duties:
- Must be able to gather estate and trust documentation and other relevant estate planning information
- Communicate with multiple parties such as: Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors and Tax Managers, etc
- Must be able to review documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Buy/Sell Agreements, etc.
- Must be able to identify and communicate opportunities that would better help clients achieve goals
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in the trust/estate planning field preferably in complex estates with an understanding of trusts
- Must have worked as an Attorney, Estate Planner, Law Clerk, Paralegal or Legal Assistant
Salary: $100k-$130k DOE
- Benefits: Medical, PTO, etc
