LifeConnections is a behavioral health care provider with residential and community-based day programs all across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We primarily serve adults with developmental disabilities and complex mental health conditions.
We currently have the following position available:
Position: Part Time BCBA Consultant (Hybrid Remote)
Pay: $70/Hr
Hours: Up to 20/Hrs Per Month
Status: Per Diem Contractor (50% Remote, 50% in Person)
Summary: Primarily responsible for the Clinical Supervision and oversight of behavior support services.
Region: Rhode Island
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Serves as a member of the clinical team under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer and State Director.
2. Works collaboratively to ensure all behavior support services are delivered to individuals receiving services in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Attends Clinical team meetings as applicable.
4. Develops data systems to improve outcomes.
5. Attends Clinical Response Team (CRT) meetings.
6. Provides programmatic and clinical oversight to assure consistency and continuity in the provision of behavior support services.
7. In conjunction with State Director, manages the RI behavior support specialty services budget.
8. Serves as clinical liaison to funding source, community mental health centers, hospitals, private practitioners, and applicable internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
9. Trains staff and providers on individuals’ Behavior Support Plans and data systems.10. Reviews data monthly.
Hiring Requirements:·
- Master’s Degree
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst)
- Valid Driver's License
