Job Description

At Lifescale Analytics, we help achieve data driven decisions by leveraging strategic technologies to create innovative solutions, that ultimately help our clients to navigate their ever-changing data landscape. We have an opportunity for a Project Leader. This role will be an Onsite Role, candidates will be required to be onsite in Tallahassee, FL. Telecommuting is not an option for this position. Travel and relocation expenses will not be covered by the client or employer.

Scope of Services

  • Working Hours: Flexibility to work hours between 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM and/or Saturdays, either on a rotation or as part of a regular and on-call work schedule.
  • The candidate selected for this position must be a highly motivated, self-starter, independent worker with high initiative.
  • The candidate must have excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to perform with little guidance.
  • The scope of work the candidate will perform is broad.
  • The candidate should possess knowledge, skills, and abilities in resource management, analysis of various types, time management, purchase order and invoice management, and project management.
  • The candidate will assist project and program managers with documentation, facilitation, reporting, analysis, and other project delivery activities as needed.
  • The candidate will perform tasks associated with administration such as hiring, onboarding, and separation as needed.
Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Experience in analyzing a situation to determine what tasks need to be completed.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in onboarding and training employees.
  • Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts
  • Experience working on agile project teams is highly desired.
  • Experience assisting or managing small projects is highly desired.
  • Experience in monitoring and facilitating audit processes.
  • Experience in working with large teams (75 ) to receive, monitor, and resolve issues and requests.
  • Experience working with all levels of management in a professional capacity.
  • Experience working in a team environment while also being independently productive.

 

Primary Job Duties/Tasks:

The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform onsite onboarding duties.
  • Orienting new users to the Client environment.
  • Assisting users with time sheet maintenance.
  • Coordinate hiring activities.
  • Conduct annual recertification activities.
  • Track training for all staff.
  • Partnership with other offices in procuring staff and services.
  • Assist in the management of consultant hours to avoid overages.
  • Key participant in annual inventory process.
  • Maintain staff telework agreements (when appropriate) and related schedule tracking.
  • Perform data validation and analysis.
  • Build reports and dashboards for analysis.
  • Participate in Peer Reviews of work product.
  • Revise and/or draft new Methods and Practices.
  • Maintain the Workplace Contingency Records for all staff.
  • Analyze and document processes.
  • Solicit stakeholder input.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze metrics for the annual scorecard.
  • Must complete daily reporting activities.
  • Lead and/or provide support on Information Technology projects.
  • Perform administrative functions including but not limited to meeting facilitation and note-taking, documentation review and maintenance, and resource coordination.
  • Handle the coordination and/or resolution of building and facility maintenance and issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field.
