Description from facility:
Full-time position (32 hours/week) available in the Behavioral Health Center, a freestanding facility on the Hospital campus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Social Work and Ohio licensed as a LSW or LPC. Candidate MUST also be certified as a Chemical Dependency Counselor (CDC). Anyone lacking a CDC certification upon submission will be closed immediately. New grads will not be considered for this position.
