Receptionist/AP
Lillian Custom Homes is currently looking for a Receptionist / Accounts Payable. The right candidate will be bilingual and have excellent customer service skills. They will provide support to departments within Lillian Custom Homes i.e. by answering the telephone, directing calls from external customers and AP - processing Trade Payable invoices.
Responsibilities:
· Input 500-1000 invoices in Hyphen (Brix)
· Process Mail – Incoming/Outgoing
· Process all invoices in A/P email
· Open mail for A/P and date stamp
· Drop all employee mail in respective mail box
· Front desk general duties (i.e. greeting customers/vendors, etc.)
· Answering incoming calls, routing accordingly, screen calls for CEO/CFO, etc.
· Filing vouchers/paid invoices and all other A/P documents
· Assist with vendor payment inquiries
· Problem solve Past Due Invoices
· Checking vendor statements
· Cash Requirements Report
· Issue and Print weekly checks
Education and Experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
· 2 years previous experience in a similar role
· Good Planning & organizational skills required
· Good interpersonal and communication skills required
· Good customer service skills
· Proficient in MS Word and Excel
· Knowledge of accounting software
