Position: Full time Registered Behavior Technician
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on clients progress
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce interfering behaviors
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to create a supportive environment for clients
- Provide compassionate and ethical support to clients and their families
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulations
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including medical records and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a variety of situations including high stress situations
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping others

Pay: $17.00 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
