Receptionist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Hours: 8AM to 4PM

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Check in/Check out customers for appointments and payments
• Receive daily deliveries from distributors
• Schedule customers and make the schedule for the technicians each day
• Order accessories for customer's vehicles
• Enter in vechicle warranties by entering VIN number
• Light cleaning and restocking of refreshments

Qualifications

• Must be organized
• Must have good customer service skills
