What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards through:
- Testing & Inspection: Conduct Incoming and In-Process testing on detail parts and subassemblies with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, specialized equipment).
- Final Inspection: Perform and document final inspections, including First Article Inspections.
- Calibration: Ensuring tools are accurate by calibrating precision gauges and equipment.
Key Skills We’re Looking For:
- Process-Oriented: You understand and follow well-defined quality processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled at reading technical drawings and applying this to inspection tasks with precision. Electronics knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with industry standards and compliance requirements.
What You Bring:
- Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years in a manufacturing setting (Quality Assurance experience preferred), strong math skills, and U.S. person.
- Preferred: Experience in aerospace or regulated industries, training in calibration or electronics, or familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing. Experience with carbon composites is a plus!
