Position Overview
The Regional Office Manager oversees Workplace Service Coordinators and is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple offices within a designated region, ensuring consistent processes and procedures to uphold a uniform client experience. This individual will act as the primary liaison between property managers and the firm, addressing lease issues with landlords and coordinating maintenance requests. Additionally, this team member will oversee daily workplace services, and develop and maintain standard operating procedures for office management. This position requires independent problem-solving abilities and includes responsibilities such as managing vendor relations, coordinating supplies for new office launches, and handling various administrative tasks.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Workplace Services Coordinators by providing guidance, support, and performance management and payroll responsibilities to ensure high levels of productivity and morale
- Ensure consistent processes and procedures across offices to ensure a uniform client experience in all offices
- Act as the main point of contact between the property manager for designated region and the Firm
- Address issues in the lease with landlords as needed
- Arrange and schedule maintenance requests for each location
- Oversee daily tasks regarding workplace services and facilities
- Serve as the point of contact on construction projects
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures related to office management
- Assist with preparing for the launch of additional offices in your region including managing vendor requests, ensuring appropriate supplies are provided, and advancing a uniform client experience
- Mange vendor relations
- Accountable for overseeing and supporting with required health and safety inspections, drills, etc.
- Responsible for reviewing and aligning office expenditures to ensure they are aligned with the needs of the firm
- Oversee and handle an array of administrative tasks
- Assist leadership with creation and management of a budget which includes the processing of all appropriate invoices and charges

Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent experience required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Previous project management experience required
- Previous experience working in a high-demand, ever-evolving environment
- Experience in workplace services and/or facility management preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
