Assist with lesson planning and preparing materials for lessons as well as lessondelivery (when needed) Collaborate with staff and service providers to support students Support students in classrooms with academic/behavioral/emotional needs Maintain positive relationships with families, allowing classroom teachers toaddress concerns with parents Assist students in toileting/diapering (if needed) Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and takerisks Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information regarding children,families, and staff Guide and counsel students with adjustment and/or academic problems Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicateeffectively and respectfully with students, families, and staff.
