Job Summary:
Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Security Leads to join our team part-time in Madison, WI. This role will work at our Madison music venues The Majestic, the Sylvee, High Noon Saloon, and the Orpheum. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
- Act as the point of contact for patron questions and concerns related to the venue
- Maintain and oversee operations for ingress and egress into the venue
- Lead a team of event staff to delegate tasks effectively and professionally manage challenges as they arise
- Assist with opening and closing day-of-show operations
- Identify any issues or threats within the venue and report concerns to venue management
- Assist with new employee venue trainings
- Maintain an understanding of the venue Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow accordingly
- Maintain an understanding of venue facility systems (HVAC, Life Alert, etc) to troubleshoot any issues as needed
- Communicate clearly with staff, patrons, vendors and clients about day-of-event needs
- Follow company protocol for the relevant building as communicated by venue management
- All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Performs duties while standing and walking, including ascending and descending stairs
- Utilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment
- Lifts up to 50 pounds
- Crouches, kneels, bends, and reaches frequently
- Regularly exposed to large crowds and high volumes of noise
- Regularly exposed to lighting changes including low lit areas, strobe lights, and moving lights
- Occasionally works in outdoor conditions
- Requires extended work hours
