Starting Compensation:
Mental Health Therapist I: $56,040.97 - $64,134.51 annual salary based on experience.
Mental Health Therapist II: $58,519.71 - $67,287.31 annual salary based on experience.

Role:
As a full-time Mental Health Therapist, you will work with children & adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and their families/caregivers. This job involves assessment of children and adolescents, treatment goal identification, the development of person-centered plans for treatment/services, working with youth and families to develop crisis/safety plans, and providing individual & family therapy and case management. This position works primarily in the office setting. Additionally, this position involves collaborating with internal & external services and community programs/resources to help meet the needs of those served. At Livingston CMH there is a strong emphasis on teaming and collaborating with agency and community professionals on behalf of families.

Valid MI driver's license is required.

Qualifications, and Experience:
Mental Health Therapist II - Master's degree with Michigan licensure, either LMSW, LLP or LPC.
Mental Health Therapist I - Master's degree with Michigan licensure, either LLMSW, TLLP or LLPC. Prior treatment experience providing therapy/counseling services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and strong teaming skills required. Training in Evidence-Based treatment models is preferred. Integrated health experience preferred.
Salary : $56,041 - $67,287
