Site Safety Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while adhering to industry regulations and standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction management practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards on-site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and other relevant guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety measures.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including workers' compensation documentation.
• Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) team to promote occupational health initiatives.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on safety protocols and compliance management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and compliance management systems.
• Proficient in using construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
