We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards on-site.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and other relevant guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety measures.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including workers' compensation documentation.
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) team to promote occupational health initiatives.
- Provide training and support to site personnel on safety protocols and compliance management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and risk management practices.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and compliance management systems.
- Proficient in using construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
