Job Overview
We are a high-profile plastic surgery practice with a warm friendly environment that has exceptional customer service. Oddly enough, we really don't want someone who has worked in a medical office previously. We are seeking a high level administrative assistant who will perform many functions for the practice.

Specific responsibilities are far too numerous to list here (and this is also the thing that makes this an interesting position). We realize that no one will come prepared to do all (or even most) of these things. We anticipate training you for however long it takes to get you comfortable with this position. Examples of things you will be doing are:
- Ordering and tracking supplies, organizing invoices and bills payable*
- Keeping records of employees for compliance *
- Computer work including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, scanning documents, organizing digital files, and digital photos *
- Scheduling surgery for patients*
- Scheduling patients’ appointments, handling questions, etc *
- Executive assistant to the owner of the practice including numerous tasks as they arise*
*We will train you in all of these responsibilities.
Hours: Mon-Thursday 9-5; Fridays 9-2 (yes, you get off early EVERY Friday). Your time will be spent roughly as follows: About 20% of your time will involve interaction with patients; about 10% of your time will involve interaction with other staff; about 10% of your time will involve interaction with the physician; and about 60% of your time will be spent working on tasks at your desk. The organization of your day will be up to you.
Location: Our office location is in Northern Kentucky, about 3 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, visible from the freeway, with easy ample parking.
Pay will be commensurate with skill level and will start at $25-30/hour ($50,000 - $60,000 per year).
Benefits include 20 paid days off per year. Unfortunately, health and retirement benefits are not included, but you will receive skincare, botox, and filler at cost after you have been with us for a few months.
