Lombardo built its first single-family subdivision ...in the City of Warren more than 50 years ago and quickly became one of the largest land development and building entities within Macomb County. Lombardo expanded into land acquisition, land development, and lot sales to other builders, purchasing developed lots from other developers and focusing on very unique markets, which have provided steady growth for 50 years. This diversity has become a very important part of our strength, giving us the ability to service the ever-changing market. In addition, a rental portfolio that includes apartments, manufactured home communities, single-family homes and office/commercial buildings further strengthens our foundation.
