Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a premium manufacturer of custom cabinetry and closet sales you will assist in expanding into new markets while furthering our business in current markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and managing the sales process effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
