The primary purpose of your job is to provide direct nursing care to our residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by our CNA's.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the admission process is followed according to facility policy
- Make rounds with physicians as necessary
- Chart accurate notes in a descriptive, informative, and timely manner
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Make daily rounds of your unit to ensure that nursing personnel are performing their work as assigned
- Review care plans daily to ensure that appropriate care is being rendered
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse License to work in the state of Kentucky
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting, preferred
- Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and other team members
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
