Job Summary:
We are seeking someone to lead a team to Sweeten our customer's day. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and have proven experience in a leadership role.
Duties:
- Interact with customers to answer questions and requests about food products, recommend products, take orders, resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Leading staff in daily duties and other duties as they arise without being told.
- Lead by example whether it be by customer service, employee interactions, or cleaning the bathroom.
- Keeping a clean, organized, and stocked storefront.
- Utilize knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Support our onsite Café and second store location operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations are a plus.
- Ability to handle knives safely and efficiently for food preparation tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in leadership and sales.
