Wholesale Packer

We are seeking an observant Packer to join our growing team to help pack and deliver our products. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of food safety standards. Responsibilities:

- Label, Package, load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage

- Communicate with management and customers to confirm order details and address any issues

- Assist with back of the house duties as needed, including putting away general bakery inventory

Experience:

- Previous experience in food production is a bonus

- Knowledge of food industry standards and practices

- Familiarity with packing products

- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

- Strong customer service skills

Requirements:

- Start at 5am for your shift

- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day

- Able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time

- Follow and apply sanitary guidelines to avoid product contamination

- Be able to communicate effectively in English

- Adapt to a changing environment

- Work with all staff in an effectively and with a friendly attitude

This is a part-time position. Expect to work a minimum of 24 hours a week, but should be available for 40-50 hours on a regular basis as we add more production volume. Pay starts at $16 an hour.
