Job Overview:

As the AVP, Advisory Distribution Strategy, you’ll work with your strategy colleagues, as well as sales and product managers, to help develop and illustrate the plan to drive asset monetization within the advisory programs. You’ll be a key player in project managing new sales initiatives and monitoring their outcomes. All along the way, you will illustrate the work via PowerPoint and keep close tabs on the initiatives via data provided by our analytics partners.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, growth and monetization of the advisory business by collaborating with sales and product partners.
• Assist in the development of long-term strategies and roadmaps to support the evaluation of potential new opportunities and initiatives.
• Organize and develop monthly business performance read-outs to inform leadership and collect key performance commentary.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, consulting, and platform development to gather input and socialize strategic recommendations.
• Partner with data and analytics experts to set up reporting needed to track and evaluate the success and impact of new strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of financial services experience
• Previous experience in a strategy, sales or project management role
  
  
  

Preferences:

• Strong experience with PowerPoint. Executive level deck creation a plus
• A background in data and analytics and pulling insights out of information
• Experience working with or managing Salesforce
• Project Management experience – keeping track of progress and holding responsible parties accountable for their work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent listening skills with ability to persuade and influence others
• Reliable self-starter, with a collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  
  
  

Pay Range:

$109,400.00 - $182,300.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
