Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, and results-driven Freight Sales Executives to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing their career in the freight brokerage industry.
What You'll Do:
- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and acquire new B2B clients who can benefit from LTB Logistics’ reliable freight solutions.
- Build Relationships: Engage with prospective clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, Teams sessions, and email communications to establish and foster long-term relationships.
- On-Site Visits: Visit client facilities to strengthen relationships and gain deeper insights into their logistics needs.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve weekly KPI sales targets, activities, and goals.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasts on sales volumes and client activity.
- Pipeline Development: Identify, develop, and build a significant pipeline of sales opportunities with mid-market and blue-chip clients.
- Consultative Selling: Identify opportunities within the client’s freight expenditure where LTB Logistics can add value, leveraging our tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Management, Account Managers, and the Operations team to create customized logistics solutions for specific client needs.
- Create SOPs: Develop and implement SOPs for strategic accounts to ensure consistency and reliability.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the freight industry or logistics sales, demonstrating successful client acquisition and relationship management.
- Education: College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Teams and PowerPoint, etc.), TMS, and CRM tools.
- Personal Traits: Competitive, solutions-focused, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Proven Success: Stable work history with a demonstrable record of sales success and results.
