We are seeking Online care representative. This position is responsible for working in a team environment that consistently provides world-class service while achieving and maintaining excellent operational standards, developing and cultivating customer relationships, effectively partnering with all other lines of business to eliminate obstacles and maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with collections and A/R tasks.
- Meet email processing and call handling metrics.
- Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
- Able to maintain excellent attendance and an upbeat attitude.
- Proficient with research and problem-solving regarding order resolution and billing.
- Excellent customer service and follow up skills.
- Able to function on an independent basis and as part of a cohesive team.
- Ability to prioritize workload in a timely and professional manner.
- High School Diploma/GED Preferred.
- Preferred 2 years of customer service and/or reception experience, but not required.
