The Coordinator will manage and coordinate data, prepare monthly reports on program participation and progress, and provide updates to key personnel. The role involves collaborating with The JOSH Project Advisory Board, the Lyon College Counselor, campus departments, and community resources to create assessments, workshops, events, and programming. The Coordinator will also prepare quarterly SPARS reports and other SAMHSA reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. A BA in social work, psychology, or a related field is required; an MA and experience working with LGBTQ and international students are preferred.
