This is a full-time on-site Litigation Associate role located in Dallas, TX. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
- Law and Courtroom Litigation skills
- Experience in legal research and drafting motions
- Deposition preparation skills
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
- Knowledge of Texas and federal court procedures
- JD from an accredited law school
- Eligible to practice law in the state of Texas
