Overview: MachMotion is seeking a motivated individual looking for a career in Technical Support. We are passionate about providing the best support in our industry. We are looking for someone that loves serving others and has a solid electrical and computer troubleshooting background.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front line support via telephone and email
- Assist customers setting up their CNC products
- Identify problems, research solutions, and then guide customers through the corrective actions
- Reading technical manuals & troubleshooting customer issues
- Improve customer references by writing and maintaining excellent documentation
- Help improve systems and procedures and create change
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Electrical Knowledge required
- Computer experience Required
- Advanced electrical understanding preferred
- Automated Manufacturing Experience preferred
- CNC Background Desired
- PLC Background Desired
Compensation: Dependent on education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
