MacKay & Agents LLC is partnering with a Vault 150 Under 150 firm to add a Medical Malpractice Attorney to their Denver office. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills. Must be licensed to practice in CO and in good standing.
Viable candidates should possess 2 years of experience in one or more of the following :
- Medical Malpractice litigation
- Case management
- Insurance claims representative interaction
- Taking / defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
This position offers a hybrid schedule. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic legal environment. The salary range is $100,000-$187,500.
