Qualifications for this position include:

• 6 years experience in the maintenance field
• Multifamily housing experience preferred
• Overseeing a staff of 20 technicians / managerial skills required
• Make Ready
• Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
• Apartment Turns / Work orders
• Honest, loyal and reliable
