This person will oversee five rental agents for rural development, Section 42 and Hud properties.
This position is in the Office. RELOCATION TO ALPENA, MI, IS INCLUDED IN THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE.
RELOCATION NECESSARY
Responsibilities/Qualifications for this position include:
- Property Management Experience a Must.
- RURAL DEVELOPMENT KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED
- Leadership of several staff members
- Knowledge of affordable housing regulations
- Certifications/Re-certifications
- 5 years of LIHTC affordable experience
- State requirements
- Internal, agency, and syndicator reports
- Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
