We are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations, including internal controls, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee $1 billion in money movement, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage $200 million in uninvested cash, working closely with banking partners to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to support organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, conducting audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee corporate accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for all entities.
• Implement and integrate financial technology solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline reporting.
• Manage insurance policies and risk management strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all areas of the business.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in financial management, internal controls, and auditing across large-scale financial operations.
• Strong expertise in managing high-value cash flows, banking relationships, and liquidity strategies.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and corporate accounting across multiple business entities.
• Ability to lead technology integration and implementation projects to improve financial systems.
• Expertise in managing corporate insurance policies and mitigating financial risks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
