Job Summary
The Program Supervisor is responsible for monitoring curriculum, teacher guidance and support, cooking, behavior assistance, parent communication, and general site supervision.
Duties
- Prepare daily meals
- Classroom observations and feedback
- Ratio and/or behavioral support when needed
- Parent meetings
- Monthly newsletter and art boards
- Maintaining overall quality and following policies and licensing guidelines
Qualifications
- ECE teaching experience
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Work independently and prioritize tasks as the center's needs change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
