Job Purpose:

The Painting/Wall Coverings Project Manager plays a critical role in the successful execution of painting/wall coverings projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. By overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and coordination to team leadership and client communication, the Painting/Wall Coverings Project Manager serves as the primary driver of project success. Key Accountabilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

   • Develop and execute project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

   • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

   • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

2. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and motivate project teams, including painters, supervisors, and administrative staff.

   • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

   • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

3. Client Relationship Management:

   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

   • Communicate project status updates, address client concerns, and manage expectations.

   • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure future business opportunities.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

   • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client requirements.

   • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and address any deficiencies.

5. Financial Management:

   • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with specific experience in painting/wall coverings projects required.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Procore & Microsoft Office suite.
