Key Accountabilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, including painters, supervisors, and administrative staff.

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with specific experience in painting/wall coverings projects required.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Procore & Microsoft Office suite.
