Job Summary
The Marketing and E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels, with a specific focus on e-commerce platforms. This role combines creativity and analytical skills to optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage the e-commerce platform, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and customer support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives, including online and offline initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee branding efforts, ensuring consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
- Optimize the customer journey through content, messaging, and digital tools.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing and e-commerce initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Assist with retail store layouts and customer appreciation events.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms
- Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation software, and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva
- Occasional travel may be required for industry events, vendor meetings, or site visits.
