Job Summary: Implements nutritional health education services for MaineGeneral employees who participate in our wellness program. Job Description: Responsibilities: Develops and provides nutritional programming, education, training, and coaching services throughout the organization and for the community Convenes multi-disciplinary teams to develop nutrition education, protocols, policies and procedures and leads teams on development of strategies on community outreach and engagement Designs interventions for individuals seeking chronic disease prevention and health promotion and provides clinical expertise through individual health coaching Reviews health data to determine need and develop appropriate interventions; develops evaluation mechanisms; participates in research projects Some employees in this job may operate a motor vehicle to conduct MaineGeneral Health business Requirements: State of Maine license as a Dietitian (LD) required Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required State of Maine driver's license with acceptable driving record required Scheduled Weekly Hours: 16 Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Job Exempt: No Benefits: Supporting all aspects of our employees’ wellness – physical, emotional and financial – is a critical component of being a great place to work.
