Rather it’s a new Home, Office, Camp, Barndominium, Workshop, Accessory Building, or Outdoor space, Mallett Buildings has over 23 years expertise raising the bar to meet our client’s satisfaction.
An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for knowledge of the buildings offered, effectively communicate with potential clients, close sales, generate leads, customer relations, contract signings and addendums to the contract.
Inside Sales Representative Description:
- Be knowledgeable about the products offered at Mallett Buildings.
- Identify prospective clients through leads generated by Marketing and lead generation.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for prospective clients
- Answer questions about the products to potential clients
- Negotiate prices and prepare sales contracts.
- Collaborate with other Sales Representatives to gain knowledge and Best Practices
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with clients for continued relationship building and forming a pipeline of prospects

Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3-5 years of Inside Sales Experience in Construction
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5: 00 PM Saturdays 8:00 AM - 12 Noon
Base Pay: $1,000 Plus Commission which can be from $150,000 to $300,000 a year with hard work and dedication.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
