SUMMARY : Management Business Solutions is seeking a Nonprofit Operations Manager for its client in T raverse City, MI . The person will oversee daily shelter operations, ensure policies are followed, supervise staff, and maintain a secure and supportive environment for residents and employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish and uphold operational guidelines to ensure effective service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including frontline workers and team leads.
- Ensure facilities remain safe, clean, and well-maintained by working with maintenance teams.
- Address and resolve conflicts among program participants and staff in a professional manner.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budget management, payroll processes, and program reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with industry standards.
- Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations to enhance services.
