Our client designs and manufactures teaching aids here in the US. They’ve asked us to help them find their next Director of Curriculum and Product Development. The person we’re looking for should have a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Preferred) with teaching experience and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing and managing curriculum. You’ll have ~ 15 direct and indirect reports in this position, so previous leadership and management experience is desired as well. In this role you’ll report directly to the company CEO as a member of the company’s senior leadership team.
The company was founded over 50 years ago and has revenues of $20 – 30 million / year, which is expected to grow to $50 million over the next few years. Target base salary is $120k DOE, plus company provided health care and other benefits. (Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa). Hybrid / remote work is an option if you live in; SW MO, NWA, SW KS, NE OK, with 1 – 2 days / week at the company offices.
