What's the Job?
Analyze organizational processes to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement crisis management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Gather and document business requirements for crisis response initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align crisis management strategies with business objectives.
Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and track emerging threats.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focusing on crisis management or risk assessment.
Strong understanding of risk management principles and business continuity planning.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills under pressure.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
