What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Manufacturing Company?
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial maintenance of stamping presses and robotic welding machines; experience in managing a team of 10-12 individuals and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance schedules
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime
- Utilize AS400,SAP or Plex to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history
- Maintain and repair stamping press systems, robotic welding machineries, low voltage systems, logic controllers, and other facility equipment
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately
- Fabricate parts when necessary to address equipment failures
- Maintaining Department's KPI and achieving departmental and plant goals
Proficient Word and Excel
Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical draws;
Knowledge in AutoCAD and Project software's
Knowledge in Lean Tools and 5S, tools.
Experience:
- Proven 5-7 years of experience minimum in industrial maintenance and managing maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of stamping press systems, robotic welding, logic controllers, and low voltage systems
- Ability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Experience with AS400 software for work order management
- Proficient in supervising maintenance staff and contractors

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
