About the Role :
We are seeking a Field Engineer with a background in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role youll work on both ongoing and new projects collaborating with engineers contractors and project managers to ensure seamless execution. This position involves extensive travel to various project sites where youll provide handson technical expertise and support. When not onsite youll have the flexibility to work remotely assisting in project planning coordination and reporting.
What Youll Do :
Project Planning & Coordination Work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement project plans ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
OnSite Execution Travel to project sites oversee construction activities troubleshoot challenges and collaborate with the onsite team.
Technical Support Assist in the design installation and maintenance of civil mechanical or electrical systems depending on expertise.
Quality & Safety Compliance Ensure all work meets safety regulations quality control standards and project specifications.
ProblemSolving & Innovation Identify issues onsite and propose engineering solutions to improve performance and outcomes.
Communication & Reporting Maintain clear documentation of project progress challenges and solutions while working with stakeholders.
CrossDisciplinary Collaboration Engage with professionals from diverse engineering backgrounds fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
What Were Looking For :
Degree : Bachelors in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
Experience : Entrylevel candidates and those with prior field experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with AutoCAD Revit electrical schematics structural analysis or mechanical design software is a plus.
Adaptability : Comfortable with frequent travel working in different environments and solving fieldbased challenges.
Team Player : Ability to work with diverse teams including engineers project managers and construction personnel.
Strong Work Ethic : A proactive mindset excellent problemsolving skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
