MAPS Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced in-person Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2025 / 2026 school year. We have exciting opportunities across Roseburg, OR serving various schools at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. Classroom assignments and caseloads will be tailored to your expertise and discussed in detail during the application process.  Plus, there is ALWAYS an opportunity to extend year after year.

Compensation :

  • Hourly : $54–$60
  • Weekly : $2,025–$2,250
  • Yearly Salary : $80-$90,000

  • Position Requirements :

    To qualify, you’ll need :

  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
  • National and state certifications, including :
  • ASHA Certificate
  • Not required for Clinical Fellowship Year
  • State Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate.
  • Current (AHA) BLS Certification.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to manage physical classroom demands, including occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your duties will include :

  • Assessing and identifying students who need specialized speech and language services.
  • Providing individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials.
  • Developing and implementing personalized IEP goals to support student success.
  • Creating engaging learning environments that foster growth and communication.
  • Supervising support staff and collaborating with teachers and specialists.
  • Utilizing alternative communication systems when needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations.
  • Job Details :

    Full time Contract Position :   Hiring for the 2025 / 2026 school year.

  • Schedule : 37.5–40 hours per week, aligned with the academic district calendar.
  • Caseload : 40-55 children.
