Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate with 5-6 years of experience for its New York, NY, Newark, NJ or Boston, MA offices. The salary for this position is between $170k to $235k.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in trademark preparation and prosecution and licensing.
- Additional experience in trademark litigation and anti-counterfeiting and enforcement experience.
- Ability to handle a busy trademark prosecution and enforcement practice.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; team-oriented.
- JD with state bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $170,000 - $235,000
