What You'll Bring
**Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in quality control within dietary supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
**Regulatory Knowledge**: Proven familiarity with FDA cGMP regulations for dietary supplements (21 CFR Part 111).
**Manufacturing Insight**: Hands-on experience with solid dose manufacturing processes, including encapsulation, tablet compression, and functional powder blends.
**Quality Expertise**: Proficient in raw material sampling, in-process testing, and finished product inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring everything from raw material receipt to finished product release meets our high standards.
- Review batch records and documentation for cGMP compliance, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure equipment cleaning validation and sanitization procedures are rigorously followed.
- Monitor environmental controls and facility conditions to maintain compliance with GMP standards.
- Document deviations and actively participate in investigations to uphold our quality commitment.
- Support quality audits and regulatory inspections, showcasing our dedication to excellence.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong grasp of quality management systems and documentation practices.
- Understanding of environmental monitoring in GMP facilities.
- Familiarity with stability testing programs that ensure product integrity.
- Experience with quality investigation procedures to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering , related scientific field , or professional project management.
- Certification in cGMP regulations is preferred.
- Experience with quality management systems and a solid understanding of FDA dietary supplement regulations.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret Certificates of Analysis.
- Experience with stability testing programs and analytical testing methods.
- Familiarity with quality investigation procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
