Marposs Group is a global leader providing measurement, inspection and testing cutting edge solutions for quality and process control in the workshop environment, serving all major automotive and machine tools manufacturers, as well as HVAC, white goods, aerospace, biomedical, electronics and energy sectors.
To reinforce our presence in Noth America in the HVAC (Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems) field we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to drive Marposs growth by promoting our innovative solutions such as helium leak testing, electrical testing and visual inspection.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities in the HVAC sector.
- Develop commercial relationships with target customers and promote Marposs solutions effectively.
- Drive the Sales process, including quotations, product testing, NDAs.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Cooperate with Company Executives (Global HVAC Industry Manager, US Sales & Marketing Director) to develop sales & marketing strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with the Company R&D and Production entities to support future product development.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing in the HVAC Sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and address customer requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
