Key Responsibilities
Deploy and manage virtual servers and applications in Microsoft Azure or AWS environments.
Implement and support cloud-based remote desktop (VDI)technologies.
Utilize PowerShell expertise to manage Active Directory (AD), Entra, and Microsoft Graph.
Administer Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Defender.
Monitor and enhance cybersecurity measures, including SIEM implementation.
Manage TCP/IP and Ethernet networking, physical components, virtual networking, and firewall operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues independently.
Collaborate effectively within a team to execute IT projects.
Provide IT support for an international workforce
Operate within an ITIL environment, adhering to Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Participate in an on-call rotation and travel as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of experience managing Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
Experience with Azure networking and cloud technologies.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools.
Familiarity with networking concepts, including firewalls, TCP/IP, and Ethernet.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Location
This full-time position is based at our Skidaway Island Corporate Headquarters in Savannah, Georgia, with opportunities for flexible working hours, Monday through Friday. Relocation Assistance is available.
